This concept was started in 1996 by inventor Kenneth Detjen, a retired engineer and specialist of the corrugated paper board shipping container industry. Ken got his start in 1939 in an industry that used trees for its resources.
Believing some day we would run short of trees that take years to grow, sooner than they can be turned into lumber and paper. Ken had an inspiration.
Already; Mexico has very few trees suitable to make lumber, and must import what they require for new construction projects. The developer’s intention was to construct an economical and easy to use home construction material.
The material he chose is readily available. Lava aggregate and fine, something that we have plenty of. It turned out to be extremely energy efficient, strong, and durable. This material is superior to any other reasonably priced construction material on the market.
